Carpet in the living room and bedrooms, and vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. These units are rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. The wall A/C unit for the living room will stay, but any other A/C units belong to the tenants. Approximate room dimensions: Living room = 24'11" x 12'2" Bedroom #1 = 11'6" x 9'11" (with attached bathroom) Bedroom #2 = 9'1" x 12' Bedroom #3 = 9'11" x 12'7" Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent.
