Every Tenant is entitled to safe and healthy housing under Colorado's warranty of habitability and a Landlord is prohibited by law from retaliating against a Tenant in any manner for reporting unsafe conditions in the Tenant's residential Premises, requesting repairs, or seeking to enjoy the Tenant's right to safe and healthy housing.
For routine maintenance, please leave a message at 303-380-0203 with your name, phone number, Sadler address and a description of the problem. You can also submit maintenance requests through your online tenant portal. Maintenance will respond to non-emergencies during business hours, Monday-Friday.
If you have a MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY, meaning a danger to people or the property, please call 303-380-0203 press zero (“0”) when the message starts to be connected to our answering service. Maintenance will respond to emergencies 24/7.
DO NOT submit emergency maintenance requests online or by email. We are in and out the office a lot, and do not check emails after hours or on weekends.
