This apartment has one assigned parking space in back off the alley. Our apartments are rented unfurnished. Any belongings or furnishings in the photos/video belong to the tenant moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. There is a communal laundry room onsite, with coin-operated machines for all tenants to use. APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS: Living room = 11'4" x 10'5" Bedroom = 8'10" x 12'6" Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat.
