All apartments have access to a communal laundry room on site, and share the yard space in front of the property. This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. The apartment has carpet in the living room and bedroom (new in August 2022) and vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS: Living room = 10'7" x 12'10" Bedroom = 8'7" x 9'9" Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat.
