This centrally-located spot is just one block from the CU campus and minutes from Pearl Street. The Hill Business District is just around the corner, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Apartment #14 is one of the ground floor units in the original house. A key-code lock is used to enter the house/enclosed hallway, then each apartment has its own entrance off the hallway. The four units in the main house share the front porch and upper deck on the house. Each apartment has one assigned parking space in back off the alley. On-site laundry is shared by all apartments. This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room too. Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. No dogs allowed unless it's a service/support animal. We can show the apartment anytime during our business hours, Monday-Friday, with at least 24 hours notice.
