Apartment #C is the bottom of the house/walkout basement. There are wood floors in the entry, and carpet in the living room and bedrooms. The unit has its own entrance and porch with a porch swing, with an additional entrance into the south bedroom. The large yard/garden in back is shared by all three units in the house. This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (oven/stove, fridge) will stay in the kitchen. Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. NO DOGS allowed, unless it's a service or support animal. We can show the apartment anytime during our business hours, Monday-Friday.
